Zermeno family shield

Hi Angie,
I have also done a great deal of research on our family name and I have also reached the same history. The San Augustine was sent by the SpanishRoyalty in the 1500’s. However, it was a Captain from Portugal, not Spain. Captain Sebastian Cermeno was in charge of the San Augustine Voyage, however he met with disaster in San Francisco’s Drake’s bay. He survived and made Mexico his Home. There is an attempt to recover the shipwrecks cargo at this time. Exciting!
The only information that I’ve not been able to locate is a family shield?
Please direct me.
